M Missoni Dress Pink Stripe Black Size IT 46 Matching Cardigan Set Size IT 44

This is such a unique find! Likely vintage. M Missoni mixed media A Line , Fit and Flare, Skater dress with a pink, red & orange striped bodice and hem line with black skirt. Side zip closure. It comes with a matching shrug cardigan with a hook and eye closure. The dress is an IT 46, which is a US Womens 10. The cardigan is a US 44, which is a US Womens 8. The dress is approx 39" long. Please see photos for measurements, and for reference, sometimes I wear an 8 and sometimes a 10: I tried these both on, and the set fits well. On small subtle snag on in the fabric of the bodice of the dress, shown in the last photo. Likely very easy to cut off, but I didn't want to wreck it. No other noted flaw or wear to either piece.
