My Michelle Orange Sleeveless Dress Size Small

My Michelle Orange Sleeveless Dress Size Small. The self and lining are 100% Polyester. Machine washable and flat/line dry. Ties behind neck. The dress is lined. Stretchy. Has two small stains and some of the seam is coming unsewn. The seam maybe able to be repaired. Regrettably, I do not know how to sew. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 18 1/2 inches, the waist is 17 inches, the hips are 19 1/2 inches, and from back of the neck to bottom of the dress is 37 inches. The color is slightly different than the pictures depict. Preowned but in fair condition.
