Invisible zipper Size : small Lower part of the dress is either identified as peplum or tiered. Hem falls between knee and mid thigh. Fabric: Medium weight cotton (not flimsy nor too stiff) Condition: Perfect! - does not appeared to have ever been worn. Researched this dress and found some photos with and other photos witout a plain orange waist-tie. This garment does not include one. Really super cute dress! A must have this summer with sandles to be casual or a kitten heel pump to dress it up! Many possibilities!
