NWT ee:some wide leg black pants. These do have belt loops. There is some stretch to them. They are 95% polyester, 5% spandex. They do have stitched darts or pleating on the front of the pant as shown in the photos. I would say these will fit a size 6 to 8/10 easily. Here are all the measurements you will need hopefully. Inseam is 31.5 inches, rise is high rise, 13.5 inches. Waist width measures 15.5 across which would be 31 inches around, widest part of leg measures 11.5 inches across.
