Skirt zips up the side and sits right above your hips. 12” in length 15.5” to 16” on waist but it’s not your natural waist line. Bottom width is 19” There are a couple of spots with needs missing. One area is the very top on left and right of skirt on front. Seen in pics. The other spot is over the left side of the skirt where the seam is. Barely noticeable when wearing the skirt. 5
