Propper Original Label Tactical Women's EMS Pants Size: 16 x 32 Inch Inseam Rise measures 12 inches. The waist lying flat unstretched is 16 inches and stretched measures 19 inches. These are pre-owned and show some wear. They have fray on one leg pocket, but that can be restitched or worn as is (did not bother me). This is the best fitting and most comfortable pants that I have found throughout my career. They are the original label - red, white, blue - now discontinued. They have all the needed features and functions. Elastic waist that stretches to fit comfortably. These fit true to size. They are black. Material is 65% polyester and 35% cotton.
