All beads are attached and in good shape, there is an outer pocket. Item measures 7.5 inches long and 6 inches tall, 3.5 inches wide at the widest part (the bottom). Strap is approximately 15 inches from the highest point to the top of the bag, strap is not adjustable. No modeling, returns or exchanges.
