Thalian petite black blazer

Thalian petites black blazer with 4 small pockets. Size 6p. Not used but it appears the shoulders where there are built in shoulder pads have changed color. I’m not sure if it’s some reaction to the insert, or if it was hung on a hanger with foam and changed color Approx measurements laying flat and relaxed: bust 34”, shoulder to hem 23”, shoulder to cuff 23”, underarm to hem 15”
