VICTOR COSTA- Vintage Metallic Tea Length Dress

This Victor Costa is in excellent vintage condition. Features a one-of-a-kind ruched metallic fabric. Puffed sleeves and skirt. Tea length. Fabric is a light blue and light pink mix, but can appear different depending on the light (as seen in video). The back of the dress fastens via the snaps and hooks on the bows and a zipper on the skirt. Size estimate based on measurements is a modern US size 4/6. Fully lined and has pockets. Measurements: Waist- 14.5” Pit to pit- 18” Shoulder to hem- 49”
