Vintage Creamer Pastel Teal Blue Looks like Lu-Ray but Unmarked Art Deco Period

This reminds me of Lu-Ray Pastel but there is no markings on this piece at all so note sure what the brand is -It has a Art Deco style to it - Measures 5.75 inches long from the handle to tip of spout - 3.5 inches across and 2.75 inches tall - In good preowned condition with no chips or cracks - and no crazing - Please see all photos for more details
