Vintage Havana Women's Small Cropped White Floral Embroidered Blouse Lace Up

This is the cutest top! It's cropped and flowy with long bell sleeves! The embroidery is wonderful and makes this top super original. There is a teeny tiny tag hole in the back of the top.
