Vintage Smithsonian Institution Windbreaker Education World Zipper Jacket

This is a grey windbreaker jacket with black racing stipe down the arms from the Smithsonian Institution. It has adjustable Velcro wrist cuffs and zipper front and pockets. High collar and long sleeves, the bottom has drawstring and plastic holder. This is brand new with tags but has two minor marks shown in the last two pictures.
