Like new so in good condition! Purchased in the UK so size tag lists Size 8 which is a Size 4 in USA clothing (equivalent to a small which is how it is listed here). Color is off white ish. Fresh and great for summer! Perfect to wear to the beach with swimwear underneath or for casual sunny days. ☀️
