Vintage 90s Y2K black top by Forever 21. Made in USA. Layered in the front with a lace / crochet / eyelet top layer. The underlayer and back of the shirt is semi sheer. There is a small area on the back that is a little thinned out (please see last photo). Only subtle signs of wear/ age on rest of top. Womens size Small / S.
