Zara Limited Edition crocheted floral dress Granny core NWT

Zara limited edition crocheted floral dress NWT. V-neckline with collar. Handkerchief sleeve and bottom hems. 3/4 sleeves. Pit to pit measures approximately 20 1/2”. Length is approximately 36”. One small piece of yarn has become detached.I feel it could easily be repaired, or worn as is. It is located on the left front below the bust. Please see pic.
