4/$25 This case has four zipper closed compartments, one of which has an insert to hold rings securely. Velcro closure. Full opened it measures approx. 9 1/2" X 7 1/2". Rolled up it will fit nicely into a purse or tote bag. Overall very good condition - there are some miniscule "dings" on the back (see close-up photo) which won't affect it's usefulness.
