vegas_anna_ @leslieraeh hi! i am so sorry, I was out of town. i just checked the blouse and there are no stains as pictured. It seemed like the top had fallen on the ground in the store, and generally needed to be cleaned but it's free of debris and stains. Sorry for the confusion!
