Sorry but these are fake AirPod. I will recommend to return them to where you bought them . .the box looks peel color and the serial number sticker it looks off .

@jacquanlee22 I didn’t say I bought it from you. So far I bought 3 of them different seller. And they all fake . They are using real serial number to bypass the warranty and the authenticity. . If you open them and connect them to ur phone u will see what I m taking about
