This is such an interesting skirt. You can either wrap some pieces to bubble the style of the skirt or just wear it flat. The waist is 18 inches unstretched and about 21 inches stretched across the front. The length of the skirt is 36 inches. there are a few poles and snags but you can’t even tell when you’re wearing the skirt.
