New with tags Bloomingdale’s Aqua brand dress. The color is navy and the fabric is well made - it’s soft and just thick enough with a bit of stretch. It’s 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. The sides have mesh cutouts that highlight the appearance of an hourglass shape. The back has a zip and a ruffle design to make your booty pop. Great for cocktail hours, work parties, weddings, a night out, any event really. Nothing wrong with it.
