Blue lightweight cardigan with attached rayon Ruffled shirt size medium

Great summer sweater set. Ruffled rayon shirt is attached to the caridigan to make one shirt. Always stays in place. There are loops for a small belt, not included. Ribbed waist and wrists. Really pretty!!!
