Brass Rose Water Sprinkler Vintage Handmade Beautiful Piece. This piece is a gorgeous addition to any collection or decor! It is a fully functioning piece. The top nozzle unscrews to open and allow the lower bottle to be filled with rose water or perfume water. Then, screw the top back in and you are ready to go.
