Chicos size 2 blue jacket. Beautiful blue, looks lighter in some photos, it’s a vivid blue. Open front with flaps, sleeves measure 19” long when not rolled up. Silver metal hardware to roll up the sleeves. I washed in cold water, hung dry, did not iron it. Good clean condition.
