Hummel Goebel W Germany #305 TM4 1964-1971 ‘The Builder’. 1955 incised on base underside. Paint chip on left bottom of apron. Legs have been repaired. Chip in his bangs have been repaired. Please see last 4 photos. Other than that little guy looks pretty good.
