Adorable Painter Palette Brooch Decorated with 4 Fab Art Destinations Plus Rainbow Colors Toledo Style Damascene Excellent vintage condition brooch was made in Spain during the later mid century. It is vintage costume damascene. Black and white enamels were used to set off an embossed design on the gold tone metal jewelry. It simulates the look of the ones made with real gold inlay against an oxidized background. The colors are a decorative bonus to this beautiful piece. It has additional decoration of four world wide, major art destinations and drops of the rainbow of colors. It is topped with 3 paintbrushes with colored tips, hanging over the edge to one side. Item is marked SPAIN and has a nice rolling clasp to secure the pin. Measures approximately 2.25” x 1.5”. Perfect for any artist who likes to paint.
