1998 Vintage Mr. Potato Head Spinning Toy. Disney Toy Story Collectible from Burger King. The arms can be moved up and down. The ears can be be pulled or closed. When the face is pulled, the hat opens up. Good condition but has a small spot of orange paint missing on the nose (see photos).
