Excellent condition! Rachel Comey knit cuffed black booties 9

Black heeled boots(about 5 in heel) boots with a navy knit cuff part on top...I guess it’s supposed to look like a cuffed sock or leg warmers? These are in excellent except slight damage to bottoms rest of the leather shoe part looks great! Size 9
