Luxurious velvet fabric with a faux turtleneck and vintage button up back gives this mini dress a 90s vintage feel. Comes with rushing in front bust area, a line silhouette, Flowey sleeve detail, side zip and gorgeous floral design that changes color in lighting. Did my best to capture color changes on video and photo. Fabric content is 75% viscose and 25% nylon. Measurements for size 2 are as follows: 16 inches across from armpit to armpit, 12.25 inches across the shoulders, sleeve length is 11.5 inches, length around the collar is 15.5 inches, 14 inches across the waist, and 32 inches in length.
