London Times Blue Lace Overlay short Sleeve Sheath Dress Size - 14 New with tags This is a pullover style dress- no zippers or buttons and the fabric has some stretch to it. It’s perfect if you’re not a big fan of sleeveless because the short sleeve gives you coverage but is see through. (See photo with my hand) It’s lined to give you a smoother look and feel. The hem is a unique scalloped look and the lining doesn’t reach that point.
