NWOT P448 Women's Suede Hightop Sneakers size 42

Very Light beige suede, nearly a tan/light grey also called Ecru Sizing on the P448 website says a 42 is size 11.5-12. However, these shoes run small. I am usually a 41 and I did not fit in their size 41's so I bought the 42's. I think they are the closest to a women's size 10.5/11. The shoe measures 11.5 if measured. The shoes are soft and will stretch as you wear them. Completely clean inside and out- there are some tiny scuffs on the white part of the sole but it is not noticeable unless you're looking for it
