Fully lined with smocked waist, sweatheart neckline, ruffled shoulder straps, and a tie accent at the top center of the bodice. At 30” from top of shoulder strap to bottom hem of shorts, this is definitely a MINI romper, and the P2P measured only 19” so I am listing as a juniors large.
