This jacket is new with tags, though it does have some slight discoloration on the front right side of the bottom of the zipper. The color for the raincoat is inconsistent and a bit darker. It also has some dirt on the inside of the raincoat near the pockets that I have not tried to remove. The jacket is still waterproof, and the color on the front is only noticeable from within 5 feet.
