Pretty Masquerade Strapless Party Dress and Lace Jacket

Strapless with tulle ruffled shirt. Champagne color. Lace and embroidery on the bodice is glittery/metallic gold thread. Very good condition. I think I only wore this once. Tag says it is a size 3 or 4. Please use my approx. measurements to determine the size. 15 1/2 Across the top 13 Waist 29 full length top of bodice to the bottom of skirt
