Ralph Lauren black polka dot button down blouse with gathered waist and cord

Classic blouse in customer favorite polka dot fabric. Long sleeves with cuffs and buttons. The blouse has buttons up to the waistline. The waistline is gathered with the cord that can be used to loosen up or tighten the blouse. No tags but I am sure it is a Ralph Lauren brand. 100% polyester No tags but I believe the size is medium.
