Rare Vintage Harker Pottery Semi-Porcelain Oval Platter Made by the Harker Pottery Company, East Liverpool, OH. The Bow and Arrow ‘Semi Porcelain’ mark is their first mark dating back to the 19th century circa 1840. The Harker Potteries began production in 1840 in a small log cabin pottery and closed in 1972 after 132 years of continuous production and service in the East Liverpool Pottery District.
