Saltera by Himark Vintage china cake pedestal plate Winter Dogwood pattern with Orange Flowers. Japan dated 1976. Approximate Measurements 10" in diameter, stands 4 1/2" tall. This has no chips, scratching or damage, but does show yellowing to the glue where the plate and the pedestal are joined together. Clean and smoke free home.
