The corduroy on these pants is a very soft and more fine that average corduroy. It looks like crushed velvet from a distance. Really nice. Straight keg with a generous flare. Bell bottoms. High waisted. A little stretch. These are size Large, instead of numeric sizing so check another of jeans you own to determine if these are your fit.
