The Bradford exchange 2014 Happy tails, cuckoo clock

Limited edition, happy tails, cuckoo clock. 2014, the Bradford exchange. The sound is adjustable. Runs on batteries. I can’t get the pendulum to swing. it’s also missing too small rubber bits on the back to keep it off of the wall That is the only thing wrong with it that I know of.
