Victorian Bobbin Lace chiffon peplum blouse with matching cami undergarment

Gorgeous ecru cream colored lace blouse top with sheer back that has some smocking providing a slim waistline. The lace is gorgeous at the top and bottom with a lovely kind of knit lace in the middle. It is vintage from the late 90s. The cami that comes with it provides modesty under the sheer fabric and lace. Bobbin lace is beautiful. Lovely chiffon look. EUC from nonsmoking home. Super sweet and dainty.
