Vintage '60s Olga Lace Trim V Neck Black Satin Floral Camisole Tank Top Slip 36 This is a gorgeous vintage camisole from Olga. Made from a soft black satin with a floral black lace trip along the bust and down the front. Finished with a little bow. This would be great as sleepwear, under a blouse, or worn by itself as a tank top. Olga is such a legend in fashion history. Olga Erteszek came to the USA from Poland in 1941. Starting from practically nothing, she built a lingerie company worth million. Olga held the woman’s record with twenty-eight patents, and is credited with several design innovations, including a nightgown with a built-in bra which evolved from a hospital stay where she personally tested it and made it a part of her line. She also designed the seamless bra and tummy trimming panties and spandex blend gowns that flattered a woman. Based on the label, this is likely from the late '60s or early '70s.
