Vintage '90s Judy’s mini skirt features an allover black and white houndstooth pattern, back zipper closure, and full lining. Waist measures 12 3/4 inches across, length is 19 3/4 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. The size tag is Medium, but adjusted for modern sizing it fits more like a Small.
