Vintage Dacra Glass May Birthday Angel Birthstone Emerald Gift Collection.  The wooden platform and metal rod has some scruffs on them. The rod feels a little loose. I don't know if that's how it's supposed to feel or not. The card attached has some wear on it. There is still some adhesive from a sticker on the bottom of it. I don't know if it's considered a figurine or ornament or something else.
