Guestimated to be from the 1970s or 80s, it is made of plastic and metal with pink Iris flowers on the face. Made in the USA, it is a wind up that is just 4" tall and still lights in the dark. It works great and is in good condition with few light scratches to the paint. A great clock for travel or display.
