White A-line dress

The dress is a really cute white dress with a scrunch in the middle that sinches the waist and flares out into an A-line. The sleeves also have a scrunch affect going along the arm and scrunch around the wrist. The back has 3 buttons towards the top of the dress. (Brand new, never worn)
