I spot treated it and that is why it’s showing up as circular water marks in the fabric. It needs to be hand washed and those stains are not dark. You can see the water circles through the other side of the dress as I have shown above. There is also a super super small tag hole through the upper back neck area. It is approximately 69” in length and the other materials and measurements are shown above in the photos. There is a center ruching that is designed. No lining. 100% Rayon.
