These are small studs. Solid 10k white gold with genuine diamonds in the shape of a heart. These are smaller and more feminine but of course can always be worn unisex. They have a very interesting screw back to keep the earrings secured so no risk of losing them. Genuine diamonds. 10k gold. Vintage.
