sweetaspeaches @cxwilliams28 I will make sure that it is. The guy that once did our repairs is not here and longer, if he was I could get it done for you. If you have a broken chain you can take it to a jeweler and he can make you a safety chain to go on it. By providing your own chain it shouldn't cost you hardly anything. Amazon might sell safety chains that can be put on it.

sweetaspeaches Nothing is ever 100% guaranteed when it comes to jewelry not coming off. Earrings , bracelets, and even anklets. I normally check my clasp every month to see if they are secure. Fortunately I havent lost a bracelet, but I have lost one hoop several times. You are always taking a chance whenever you wear jewelry with a clasp. Just check the clasp once a month and if it feels loose just take it in for them to tighten it. Normally they would do that free.
