This is a great blouse from 14th & Union, women’s size 1X. It’s black with a ruffled, rounded neck and three buttons down the front. Loose and flowy, tunic length with splits in the sides at bottom of blouse. Would be lovely for the holidays! Materials: 100% polyester. It has a texture of silk/satin. Condition: lightly used. There are no stains, rips, tears in this blouse. There is some fraying at the top of the neck due to the unfinished nature of the material edge (this is the design of the blouse).
