The frame itself is 16 1/2 inches high by 18 1/2 inches wide. It holds a diploma that is size 8 x 11". The matting is navy and gold. There is various scuffs and scratches from storage on this frame. I don't believe the frame was actually ever used. The backside of it is fully intact and looks untouched. Top of hang button looks cracked. I believe that wouldn't be an issue with hanging this up on a wall though. Zoom in on pictures for condition and cleanliness. This is sold as is in a final sale. The glass is perfect.
