1904 Antique Soft Leather Wallet/Clutch in box with handkerchief

Bought at estate sale and it’s dated back to 1904 which we found inside the box handwritten. The handkerchief was also in the box to protect it. I don’t know if the box is the original box. The front button looks pearl color and the inside snap does have tarnish but it’s not shown as it is the snap closure on inside. I’m sure it can be cleaned. Color is more of an ivory white
